कुल्फी बनाने की रेसिपी

कुल्फी बनाने के लिए सामग्री

4 to 5 spoon water ….. 4 से 5 चम्मच पानी
1 liter full cream milk….. 1 लीटर फुल क्रीम दूध
pinch cardamom powder.. … चुटकी भर हरा इलायची पाउडर
4 spoon sugar …… चार चम्मच चीनी
half pinch salt ….. आधा चुटकी नमक
dry fruit for garnishing….. कटे हुए ड्राई फ्रूट गार्निशिंग के लिए

कुल्फी बनाने का तरीका

First of all, I have taken an aluminum pan, in which I am adding 4 to 5 spoons of water, with this add 1 liter full cream milk.Which we have to boil on high flame, wait for the first boil while stirring the milk continuously, as soon as the milk is first boiled, reduce the gas and cook on low flame till the milk becomes thick……
After 8 to 9 minutes, some kind of cream will start coming on the milk, which we have to mix back in the milk itself, let the milk cook on low flame till it becomes thick….
after 15 minutes the color of the milk will start changing again mix the milk well…
The cream which is on the sides of the pan has to be mixed back in the milk while releasing it from the pan…..
Keep stirring the milk in between and we have to cook the milk on low flame till it becomes 1 liter to 1/3rd…..
Here add a pinch of cardamom powder to the milk, 4 teaspoons of sugar….
After adding sugar, the milk has to be cooked for 10 minutes on low flame while stirring continuously……
Here I will give my first trick…..
Add half a pinch of salt to the milk,Doing this will enhance the taste of your kulfi… …
Turn off the gas and keep the pan on the side..
Here I will give you my second trick, Cool the milk by stirring continuously with the help of any spoon……. (By doing this your kulfi will become absolutely creamy silky and smooth)
After the mixture of Kulfi cools down, pour it one by one in the mold of Kulfi…..
Pour remaining mixer in glass(Cover with foil paper and seal with rubber) Make a small cut with the help of magic and set it by inserting the spleen…..
Here we have to keep the kulfi in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.
After 5 to 6 hours, our kulfi will look like this, which you can enjoy with your family.😊😊😊✌❤❤❤
