पनीर बेसन चीला रेसिपी

पनीर बेसन चीला बनाने की सामग्री :

  • Two cups of gram flour
  • Half teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Half teaspoon red chili powder
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium sized finely chopped onion
  • 2 green chilies cut
  • Two small pieces of ginger will be finely chopped,
  • 250 grams paneer cut into small pieces
  • Ghee
  • One teaspoon garlic paste
  • Green Chilli
  • Salt
  • Chaat Masala
  • Garam masala
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Lemon
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Oil

पनीर बेसन चीला बनाने की बनाने की विधि

Take two cups of gram flour

Half teaspoon turmeric powder

Half teaspoon red chili powder

Half teaspoon salt

1 cup water

Well mix

Add water little by little to the gram flour and prepare a runny batter

Cover the batter  and let it rest for 15 minutes

On the other side we will prepare the stuffing of the cheela

1 medium sized finely chopped onion

2 green chilies cut

Two small pieces of ginger will be finely chopped,

250 grams paneer cut into small pieces

Will add two to three spoons of ghee

One teaspoon garlic paste

A finely chopped onion

Fry onion till light golden

Add one teaspoon finely chopped ginger

Add 2 chopped green chilli

After the onion turns golden brown

Half teaspoon red chili powder

Half teaspoon salt

Half teaspoon chaat masala

Half teaspoon garam masala

Two teaspoon tomato ketchup

Fry the spices on low flame for 1 minute

Now put paneer in it

Well mix

Cook on low flame for 2 minutes

Juice of half a lemon

Fresh chopped coriander

Take a spoonful of batter and spread it on a hot pan.

Let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes

Add a spoonful of oil

Put the paneer staffing on top of the chilla

Fold the cheela lightly

Our delicious Paneer Besan Cheela is ready
