आलू टिक्की चाट बनाने की सामग्री

four boiled potatoes

First, grate the potatoes

three spoons rice flour

a spoonful of semolina

1 teaspoon chopped green chili

one teaspoon chopped ginger

one teaspoon red chili powder

One teaspoon roasted cumin powder

one teaspoon coriander powder

one spoon amchur powder

half tsp chaat masala

half tsp black salt and half tsp white salt

chopped coriander


mix everything well

Make circular tikkis

Similarly make all the tikkis one by one

Keep in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes

put some oil in the pan

Fry in hot oil on low flame till golden brown

When you feel that the color of the tikki has become light brown

flip the tikki carefully

And fry the other side on low flame till golden brown.

Our crispy and crunchy tikki is ready

take out carefully one by one
