पंजाबी स्टाइल राजमा मसाला बनाने की सामग्री

first we will make dry masala of rajma

here i have taken a cup of rajma

Washed rajma two to three times

Soak rajma in water for 8 to 9 hours

I had already soaked the rajma for 8 to 9 hours and removed the extra water from it.

put rajma in cooker

add a spoonful of salt

put a bay leaf

add a cinnamon stick

a large black cardamom

half tsp Kashmiri red chili

Add water up to 1 inch above the rajma

Put 6 to 7 whistle in Rajma on medium flame.

Open the lid of the cooker only when its pressure is released on its own

Add two spoons of ghee and one spoon oil

Add one teaspoon cumin,

one teaspoon chopped ginger

Add 2 medium sized finely chopped onions

Mix well

Let the onion turn golden on medium heat

Here the color of our onion has turned golden.

Add two spoons of garlic paste

Will add a cup of tomato puree, here I have taken 4 medium sized tomatoes and grind them in a mixer

Mix well

Add one teaspoon red chili powder,

add one teaspoon coriander powder,

add one teaspoon garam masala

, half teaspoon  mango powder,

add one teaspoon kasoori methi

1/2 teaspoon salt

Let the tomato cook on a low flame for 5 to 6 minutes

Our masala is cooked, here we will add rajma

Well mix

Add two spoons of rajma masala and if you don’t like spicy food then you can also add one spoon to it.

Let the rajma cook on low flame for 15 to 17 minutes

add fresh chopped coriander

Our Delicious Punjabi Rajma Masala is ready to be served
